There is also the benefit of the historical knowledge the in-house team holds about incidents, damages and casualties, and outcomes of various investigations carried out.

Reporting, management and processing of claims are predominantly undertaken by a dedicated in-house team. This, and close cooperation with, Brokers, Underwriters and Clubs, assists with prompt and efficient handling and settlement of claims.
